Role overview
Beyond Bank Australia is hiring a Mobile Lending Specialist in Canberra. This is a full-time role with hybrid working arrangements and a salary range of $112,000 to $125,000 per year, inclusive of superannuation.

What you'll do
- Build and expand business networks to uncover new opportunities.
- Drive home lending growth across the Canberra region.
- Proactively source new business leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
- Hold consultative discussions with new and existing customers to fully understand their needs.
- Deliver personalised lending solutions and a high standard of customer service.
- Help achieve growth targets for the assigned area.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be someone who can strengthen community and business relationships, attract new customers, deepen existing relationships, and help raise the profile of Beyond Bank locally.
Relevant experience includes business development, networking, home lending, relationship management, and needs-based selling. Strong communication, organisation, time management, and customer focus are important. The ability to contribute positively to the local community is also valued, and solid lending experience is preferred.
