Position Overview
We are seeking a Mobile Communal Cleaner based in Slough to maintain cleanliness and safety across various communal living areas in surrounding estates. This full-time permanent role involves structured travel to multiple residential locations, including market rent, shared ownership, and independent living retirement communities. The position operates during standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
Primary Duties
- Navigate through a designated local area around Slough, visiting different residential sites daily.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of communal spaces such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other shared facilities, ensuring exceptionally high cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to a set daily and weekly cleaning schedule while working independently.
- Utilize handheld digital devices like company mobiles or tablets to document work progress, submit brief completion reports, and upload before-and-after photos of serviced areas.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor as the representative of estate services in interactions with residents.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a valid UK driving licence to efficiently travel between sites.
- Prior experience in commercial, estate, or domestic mobile cleaning is beneficial but not essential; enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality cleaning is paramount.
- Comfortable handling standard mobile applications or tablets for work logging and photography tasks.
- Self-driven, well-organized, professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual.
