Overview

This senior marketing leadership role sits with a client in Slough, England, United Kingdom. The position is offered with a hybrid working arrangement and a salary of GBP 90,000 plus package. What you will do

  • Create and roll out a company-wide customer experience strategy that supports business objectives.
  • Work with the executive team to design and deliver initiatives that improve engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Carry out market research and interpret customer insights to uncover trends, behaviours, and opportunities.
  • Build and integrate a smooth, customer-centred experience across all functions of the organisation.
  • Lift customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand perception through focused improvements.
  • Guide senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-first programmes.
  • Track performance using customer data and metrics, then use the findings to improve outcomes continuously.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the company.
