About the Role

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with Johnsons Dry Cleaners, part of Timpson Group Limited. The position is based around Devizes, Amesbury, Salisbury and nearby areas, and involves working across different branches as cover is needed.

The role is suited to people with experience in retail or hospitality who want a fresh career move. A full driving licence and access to your own transport are required because branch-to-branch travel is part of the job.

What You’ll Do

You will help keep daily branch operations running smoothly by stepping in where cover is required and supporting the branch manager with the day-to-day running of the store. The work will involve providing a relief service across branches in your area whenever a colleague is absent.

New starters receive thorough training from day one, so previous experience is not essential. The company aims to give you the practical knowledge and support needed to build a successful long-term career.

You will also be expected to carry out one act of kindness each day for a customer or colleague as part of the company culture.

Working Hours and Pay

This is a 40-hour role worked over 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Some overtime may be available once you are fully trained.

Pay starts at £26,520 per year and rises to £26,624 per year after a successful trial period. There is also the chance to earn uncapped weekly bonuses.
