Position Overview
The MINI Regional Marketing Specialist role is offered on a one-year renewable contract basis based in Singapore. This position supports regional marketing activities across seven East Asian markets, focusing on campaign management, brand communications, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Marketing Manager by managing holistic 360-degree marketing campaigns, including monitoring their performance across multiple markets.
- Contribute ideas and oversee the execution of regional marketing campaigns.
- Manage market activities approvals to ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines and prepare briefs for creative artworks.
- Oversee social media content calendars for approval and quality assurance.
- Monitor the development of new websites for markets, including campaign management, web analytics, ecommerce functions, site maintenance, and product page updates.
- Support media planning by helping to create integrated online media strategies involving display ads, search engine marketing, and retargeting efforts; identify and evaluate emerging media platforms.
- Assist with CRM operations by supporting Salesforce campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide support for event management and below-the-line marketing initiatives including conferences and ad-hoc projects.
- Review and steer market marketing calendars and activities to ensure timely and consistent communication.
- Proactively manage relationships with agencies handling these marketing tasks.
- Handle administrative functions such as budget monitoring, dealer claims processing, invoice processing using SAP, document organization, and archiving.
- Prepare presentations, reports, charts, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Coordinate routine meetings involving markets and agencies to maintain communication flow.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a relevant degree with 3 to 5 years of marketing, digital, or regional marketing experience.
- Highly organized with a strong aptitude for administrative responsibilities and comfort handling numerical data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in regional marketing coordination, CRM systems, content management systems, and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration with regional stakeholders, agencies, and business partners.
- Sound understanding of brand and marketing communication strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and project management capabilities.
- A collaborative team player able to work effectively with cross-regional teams, agencies, and functional partners.
