About the Role
As a Marketing & Events Officer at Manolo Blahnik, you will support the Senior Marketing & Events Manager in executing international retail and brand marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, special projects, events, and partnerships. This role encompasses end-to-end coordination to ensure consistent delivery across all channels with timely alignment among internal teams and global markets, fostering a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of global marketing campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and special projects in line with the brand's strategy and objectives, maintaining uniformity across channels and compliance with campaign schedules.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and retention rates.
- Maintain and communicate an up-to-date global marketing calendar to all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee comprehensive project coordination including timeline management, meeting organization, documentation, status tracking, and progress reporting.
- Create compelling presentations and written content to facilitate project communication and delivery.
- Compile and evaluate post-event and project reports to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and partners, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to streamline integrated campaign execution.
- Provide on-the-ground support for events and activations to guarantee successful implementation.
- Coordinate retail marketing activities such as in-store launches, visual merchandising concepts, customer experience assets, and campaign rollouts.
- Ensure all marketing materials, events, and activations strictly adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards, coordinating approvals to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Design and produce brand marketing materials including collateral, print assets, and event items like lookbooks and invitations.
- Manage branded gifting processes including order consolidation, delivery coordination, and invoice handling in compliance with financial procedures.
- Disseminate brand guidelines, toolkits, and campaign assets to support global and local market execution, while maintaining marketing asset libraries for easy team access.
- Gather feedback, requests, and reports from global teams to share insights with the head office.
- Maintain meticulous project administration including internal trackers, contracts, budgets, and documentation.
- Track departmental budgets accurately and process invoices efficiently.
- Provide operational and logistical support across marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s corporate responsibility policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, brand management, or project coordination, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong capabilities in presentations and copywriting.
- Combination of creative mindset and operational diligence with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a solution-oriented approach; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent relationship management skills for interfacing with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to translate Brand DNA into clear written and visual briefs and marketing ideas.
- Strong cultural and commercial insight into the luxury market and awareness of current industry trends.
- Experience handling projects across multiple international markets is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Italian or French is advantageous but not required.
