Mid-Weight Designer and Finished Artist

About the Role

Based in Sydney, this permanent position offers a hybrid work setup with four days in-office and one day remote weekly. The salary package is valued at $85,000 per annum. Your main responsibility will be to act as the pivotal link between conceptual design and its realization, managing finished artwork deployment across various mediums including print, digital, POS, out-of-home advertising, and social platforms. Additionally, you will refine layouts, adapt creative assets, ensuring precision in every visual element while also contributing creatively when opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clear, print-ready artwork spanning several formats and channels.
• Implement master creative designs into various specifications and platforms.
• Maintain consistency in branding and accuracy in production outputs.
• Work collaboratively with creative teams, producers, and printing partners.
• Assist in layout design development and solve creative challenges.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of three years in agency roles within creative or design capacities.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing finished artwork across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as Figma.
• High attention to detail, proactive work approach, and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in retouching is an advantage.
• Must possess full Australian working rights.
