Key Responsibilities

In support of the Service Consultants, you will provide excellent customer care by acting as the crucial connection between clients and the workshop. You'll keep customers updated during their vehicle servicing, provide answers to queries, and coordinate closely with technicians and workshop control to track progress and assure timely service completion. Confidently advising customers on products and services is also a vital aspect of this fast-paced role, where building rapport and understanding customer needs are paramount.

Working Pattern

The role involves varied flexible schedules, often including weekends, to maintain the highest level of service standards.

Candidate Profile

We invite applicants eager to learn and grow, even without prior experience, as comprehensive training is provided by our in-house Learning & Development team and Mercedes-Benz's manufacturer training. Strong organizational and administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude are important. Experience in customer service, particularly in busy or call center environments, is advantageous. Familiarity with Kerridge software would be a plus but is not required.
