Role Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions addressing psychological challenges faced by patients and caregivers resulting from chronic illnesses like cancer.
- Provide socio-economic guidance and increase awareness about available social and health security schemes.
- Maintain detailed patient records, case files, and reports.
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient access to treatments and support services.
- Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to facilitate service delivery.
- Coordinate patient-centered services and empower patients and their families with vital knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Prior experience in public health and reporting is advantageous.
- Strong counseling capabilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Meticulous in maintaining documentation and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
Experience and Benefits
