Job description

About drir

drir is an emerging enterprise committed to developing innovative strategies and solutions tailored for its target sectors. Currently operating in stealth mode, the organization is shaping its future vision and operational approach, granting advisors significant influence over its strategic development. Team members collaborate closely to establish priorities concerning growth, governance, and overall strategy. Drir highly values grounded experience, ethical decision-making, and a mindset willing to challenge norms. This environment is ideal for seasoned professionals enthusiastic about contributing to the creation of a sustainable and scalable company.

As drir approaches its official market debut and concludes its pre-seed financing round, it invites experienced industry leaders, operators, and strategists to join its Board of Advisors. The goal is to provide expert guidance on the launch, early market entrance, and long-term growth processes.

The Role

The Advisory Board Members will deliver strategic oversight, domain-specific expertise, and practical recommendations. Collaboration with the founder is essential during this critical launch period to refine corporate strategy, resolve operational challenges, and speed up growth trajectories.

  • Offer expert advice on market entry strategies, brand development, and scaling operations prior to the formal launch.
  • Provide insights related to growth benchmarks post-launch, evaluation of unit economics, and guidance for future fundraising rounds.
  • Leverage networks to facilitate introductions to potential industry collaborators, strategic suppliers, key recruitments, or institutional investors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the founder by providing candid feedback regarding business models, operational constraints, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency in scaling businesses with multiple locations or physical footprints.
  • Proven success in bringing early-stage products, concepts, or brands from conception to market introduction.
  • Experience driving early-stage fundraising rounds including Seed and Series A financing or managing venture-backed companies.
  • Expertise in building scalable operational systems, developing sound unit economics, and establishing replicable frameworks for operation.

Engagement Details

  • Commit approximately 10 or more hours monthly.
  • Participate in monthly or bi-weekly strategic meetings, with additional advising through calls or messages as necessary during key decision points.
  • Serve on a typical 2-year term governed by standard advisory agreements with equity and monetary compensation offered.
