Role Overview
The Social Media & Content Specialist position is a remote, full-time role charged with planning, crafting, and distributing content across major social media channels. Key responsibilities include managing daily social media tasks such as composing posts, creating basic visual elements, scheduling uploads, monitoring audience interaction, and engaging with followers in line with the brand's tone. This role also supports the creation and refinement of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is consistent with broader marketing strategies and tracking performance data to enhance content effectiveness. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to maintain a unified brand voice and adhere to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and content creation across various platforms.
- Strong digital marketing skills to effectively plan and implement campaigns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear, consistent messages.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
