Medical Specialist - Fully Remote Contract Role

We are currently seeking a Medical Specialist for a contract position focused on evaluating AI-generated solutions to complex medical challenges. This role is fully remote with a flexible weekly commitment between 10 to 20 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess and compare responses generated by AI models on difficult medical questions to help advance diagnostics, treatment plans, and patient care quality.
• Review input data and evaluate the reasoning processes behind each model's output to guide your assessments.
• Clearly articulate why one AI response is superior to another, emphasizing clinical accuracy, patient safety, and sound medical logic.
• Document detailed written feedback for the research team to enhance AI model performance.
• Engage in onboarding activities and specialty-specific calibration sessions to align standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of an MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, advanced clinical or biomedical degree, or an equivalent professional background.
• At least two years of experience in clinical practice, medical research, or a related biomedical specialty.
• Proficiency in applying contemporary clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine.
• Exceptional written communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.

• Compensation is $150 per hour for part-time contract work.
