About the Role

Mercor partners with top creative and technical talents to collaborate with leading AI research laboratories. Based in San Francisco and supported by notable investors, Mercor is seeking a Healthcare Expert for a contract engagement.

This role involves assessing AI-generated medical responses to support advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and patient care while working completely remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs addressing complex medical scenarios to improve clinical decision-making.
Review and analyze input data and the reasoning applied by various AI models.
Explain in clear terms the superiority of one AI output over another, concentrating on clinical correctness, safety standards, and the quality of medical logic.
Deliver detailed written feedback to enhance AI model performance.
Engage in onboarding procedures and participate in sessions to calibrate specialty knowledge.

Qualification Requirements

Possess an advanced clinical or biomedical degree such as MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or demonstrate equivalent professional expertise.
Have at least two years of clinical practice, medical research, or specialized biomedical experience.
Be well-versed in applying contemporary clinical guidelines and evidence-based medical practices.
Exhibit excellent written communication skills paired with strong attention to detail.

Additional Details

Contracted for 10 to 20 hours weekly at a rate of $150 per hour.
Remote work arrangement.
