Job description
Role Overview
The Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for establishing and nurturing scientific collaborations with medical experts and key opinion leaders. Duties include gathering, analyzing, and communicating medically relevant information to shape the company’s medical strategy. The role involves organizing and actively participating in scientific-medical events and developing engagement plans aligned with the corporate strategy in Russia.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with medical experts and opinion leaders.
- Collect, analyze, and relay medical and scientific information important for forming medical strategies.
- Coordinate and engage in scientific and medical events.
- Design and implement engagement plans with opinion leaders aligned with the company’s strategy in Russia.
- Manage medical inquiries from experts and provide scientifically supported responses.
- Support the development of medical strategies based on insights from the medical community.
- Participate in Novartis clinical research programs, supporting research centers, optimizing study processes, and collaborating on scientific training alongside the clinical research department.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a university-level medical education.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experienced in handling medical and scientific information.
- Demonstrate high responsibility, systematic working approach, and ability to process large volumes of information.
- Skilled in effective communication with medical experts and cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency at least at an intermediate level.
- Willing to travel extensively, up to 50% of working time.
