Role Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary work packages on a large-scale marine and civil infrastructure project.
- Lead planning, methodology development, and daily site operations.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and interface with key project stakeholders.
- Ensure superior standards in safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Develop and track construction schedules and progress.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and support commercial project outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and aid team growth.
- Engage with clients, consultants, Indigenous Māori partners, and local community members effectively.
- Contribute to a transformative project enhancing national infrastructure resilience and connectivity.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in civil, marine, structural, or major infrastructure engineering projects.
- Proven skills in planning, organization, and solving complex problems.
