Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary work packages on a large-scale marine and civil infrastructure project.
  • Lead planning, methodology development, and daily site operations.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and interface with key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure superior standards in safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • Develop and track construction schedules and progress.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and support commercial project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior engineering staff and aid team growth.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, Indigenous Māori partners, and local community members effectively.
  • Contribute to a transformative project enhancing national infrastructure resilience and connectivity.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in civil, marine, structural, or major infrastructure engineering projects.
  • Proven skills in planning, organization, and solving complex problems.
