About the Role
Join L'Oréal as a Medical Representative specializing in Dermatological Beauty, based in Wellington. Represent our leading brands such as La Roche-Posay and CeraVe by connecting with healthcare professionals and supporting their needs with industry-leading products. This role is field-based, requiring excellent mobility and strategic management to maximize impact within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists, positioning yourself as a trusted expert.
- Implement a targeted call cycle to present detailed information about our dermatological products, influencing prescribing and purchasing decisions to drive sales growth.
- Conduct educational sessions to train healthcare providers on product features, scientific advancements, and brand ethos.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new market opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and execute plans to meet ambitious sales objectives.
Who We Seek
- Individuals with formal education in pharmacy, science, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in medical sales, demonstrating effectiveness in engaging healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage extensive territories efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate scientific concepts.
- Prior experience in skincare or dermatology sectors is advantageous.
