Medical Education Coordinator

Role Overview

The position involves serving as a Patient Education Consultant to facilitate patient understanding and usage of therapy devices through direct interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive in-home demonstrations of therapy devices to patients and their caregivers.
• Provide training sessions, both in-person and via telehealth platforms, to ensure proper device utilization.
• Discuss insurance coverage and related details relevant to the therapy devices.
• Address and resolve any questions or concerns from patients regarding their therapies.
• Coordinate scheduling and order completion in collaboration with territory partners.

Work Conditions

This role requires travel up to 80% within an assigned geographic area to meet patients and stakeholders effectively.

• Strong communication and instructional skills tailored to patient and caregiver needs.
