Role Summary
Fresha is looking for a careful and proactive Marketplace Moderator to join the Professional Services Team in Riyadh. The position centers on working with partner businesses to capture strong visual content for their marketplace profiles, helping improve presentation, brand consistency, and profile quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with partner businesses to arrange and prepare photography visits based on their schedules and operational needs.
- Visit different partner sites to take high-quality images that reflect the atmosphere, services, and distinctive features of each business.
- Make sure all imagery follows brand standards and meets the quality expectations required for profile updates.
- Perform image editing and retouching to deliver a clean, professional final result.
- Handle the upload, organization, and updating of images on partner profiles until they are approved.
- Guide partners through the photo process, set clear expectations, and explain how stronger visual profiles can benefit their business.
- Keep accurate logs of visits, photo sessions, and uploads for reporting and internal tracking.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure profile updates are completed on time and to resolve any image-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Very strong attention to detail when selecting, capturing, and refining images.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication for working with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple locations, sessions, and deadlines at once.
- Valid driving license and access to a car, since travel is required.
- Hands-on experience with professional photography gear and editing tools.
- Willingness to travel and adjust working hours according to partner availability.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
