Role Overview

Fresha is looking for a careful and proactive Marketplace Moderator to join its Professional Services team in Riyadh. The role centers on working with partner businesses to plan and capture strong visual content for their marketplace profiles. The aim is to create high-quality, branded photos that present each business in the best possible way.

This position suits someone who pays close attention to detail, communicates clearly, and can work independently while managing multiple visits and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with partners to arrange and organize photography visits around their availability and operational needs.
• Visit partner locations and capture professional images that highlight the atmosphere, services, and distinctive characteristics of each business.
• Make sure all images follow brand standards and meet the quality expectations for marketplace profile updates.
• Carry out editing and retouching where needed to produce clean, polished visuals.
• Handle the uploading, sorting, and updating of images on partner profiles until they are approved.
• Guide partners through the photo process, explain expectations, and communicate the value of upgraded marketplace profiles.
• Keep precise records of site visits, photography sessions, and image uploads for tracking and reporting.
• Work with internal teams to ensure profiles are updated promptly and to resolve any image-quality or approval-related issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong eye for detail, especially when selecting, capturing, and refining photos against defined standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication ability for working with partners and internal colleagues.
• Capability to coordinate several partner visits and photo sessions at once while meeting agreed timelines.
• A valid driving license and access to a car, since travel to different partner sites is part of the job.
• Hands-on experience with professional photography tools and image editing software.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours based on partner schedules.
• Self-driven work style with strong time management and initiative.
