Job description
Role Overview
This position is based in Battersea, London and offers a salary of £36,000. The opportunity sits within a luxury hospitality and events setting and is aimed at someone at the start of their marketing journey who wants broader exposure across both marketing and sustainability. The role works closely with the Head of Marketing and partners with different teams across the business.
The ideal person will be practical, well organised and keen to build knowledge. Prior ESG or sustainability experience is not required; what matters most is curiosity, enthusiasm and an interest in responsible business practices within hospitality. A lively, confident and articulate personality will suit the environment, along with an ability to build relationships and contribute in a busy, team-oriented workplace. A real interest in food, hospitality and creative experiences is important.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day marketing work across the organisation.
- Create written content for social channels, newsletters and articles.
- Help prepare pitches, proposals and presentation materials.
- Assist with photoshoots and content production, including short-form video such as reels and behind-the-scenes pieces.
- Maintain consistency in brand presentation, imagery and tone of voice.
- Compile digital marketing reports and review campaign performance.
Sustainability Responsibilities
- Contribute to sustainability projects and associated reporting.
- Manage sustainability databases, spreadsheets and supplier information.
- Monitor sustainability metrics and compliance details from suppliers.
- Work with chefs, finance colleagues and event teams to support cross-functional delivery.
- Provide occasional support at events and external activations.
