Role Overview
This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career marketing professionals seeking diverse hands-on exposure in a dynamic sector. As a Marketing Specialist, you will assist in orchestrating campaigns for both Off Road Vehicle and Marine brands, covering digital channels, social media outreach, events, and advertising efforts. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and support dealer networks effectively. This role requires a proactive, creative individual passionate about learning all facets of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating integrated marketing strategies aligned with sales goals for monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets including sales volumes, market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Plan and schedule media usage efficiently.
- Design, coordinate, and manage creative advertising campaigns.
- Lead the launch of new vehicle models and upcoming products.
- Develop and disseminate communications for dealers across departments.
- Oversee and support cooperative advertisements with local and dealer partners.
- Manage daily oversight of social media platforms.
- Organize and send marketing collateral to dealers.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Perform additional marketing duties as assigned by the National Marketing Manager.

- Preferably holds a tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
