Role Summary

The Marketing Specialist will handle the day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives and related communications for Payroc’s indirect sales channel. The role supports partner engagement, recruiting efforts, and growth-focused campaigns by coordinating messaging, assets, and delivery across channels.

Working alongside Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations, this person will help keep campaigns on track, make sure partner communications are timely and accurate, and provide the resources partners need to present and sell Payroc offerings effectively. The position is highly execution-oriented and centered on campaign delivery, partner enablement, and field marketing support in a busy sales-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver email marketing, nurture programs, and digital outreach campaigns aimed at partner engagement and recruiting.
  • Assist with campaign setup tasks such as building emails, landing pages, and automated workflows.
  • Track timelines closely and ensure initiatives are launched and completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Create and maintain partner communications such as newsletters, program announcements, policy updates, and urgent notices.
  • Gather input from different teams so messaging stays correct, consistent, and aligned with company priorities.
  • Write concise communication tailored to partners in the indirect sales channel.
  • Keep sales enablement materials current, including sales sheets, presentations, and campaign collateral.
  • Make sure partners can access relevant and up-to-date tools that support product positioning and selling conversations.
  • Help respond to external marketing and enablement requests from partners.
  • Support trade shows and industry events by coordinating assets, logistics, and alignment with Business Development Executives.
  • Assist with pre-event promotion and follow-up communication after events to improve engagement and results.
  • Provide sales teams with the right materials and event messaging.
  • Coordinate social media content that supports partner recruiting and business development awareness efforts.
  • Align social content with campaign themes, promotions, and sales objectives.
  • Support both paid and organic media activity designed to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Help run marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and engagement tracking in HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Maintain accurate campaign reporting and tracking information.
  • Monitor campaign results and engagement data to support optimization efforts.
  • Help improve nurture journeys and communication approaches to strengthen partner engagement and activation.
  • Support messaging that clearly explains Payroc’s products and value proposition.
  • Keep campaign, communication, and sales enablement content aligned.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations to execute campaigns and deliver communications.
  • Coordinate across departments to keep work aligned and deliverables completed on time.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing communications, or sales support.
  • Background in payments, fintech, merchant services, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a business-to-business setting is required.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office 365, HubSpot, Monday.com or comparable tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Good planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret performance information.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Work is largely desk-based and involves extended time on a computer and sitting for long periods.
  • The role requires regular coordination with teammates, leaders, subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to support learning intake, project coordination, and execution.
