About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead brand and social media initiatives across various sectors such as Mobility, Deliveries, and Omnicommerce. The position involves designing and implementing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement on social platforms while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns from initial concept to launch, working closely with Creative and Marketing teams.
- Translate brand and business goals into clear and compelling campaign briefs that support the brand narrative.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to keep campaign projects on track and timely.
- Manage and support partnerships with influencers and publishers via agency channels.
- Utilize social listening and analytics tools to inform content strategies and share insights with stakeholders.
- Help monitor campaign outcomes related to brand and social engagement targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of two years experience in brand marketing, social media, or comparable roles; internships and agency experience are advantageous.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to tone, style, and creativity.
- Adept at juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.
- Interest and some experience in using data and analytics to shape content and campaign decisions.
- Passion for brand development and understanding campaign strategies beyond execution.
- Proactive attitude with resilience and motivation to drive growth.
