About the Role
An established architecture firm based in Manhattan is looking for a Marketing Specialist to become part of their team. This role offers the chance to work alongside creative professionals to develop persuasive proposals and presentations while enhancing your creative capabilities in a dynamic setting. The position follows a hybrid schedule with core working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM and provides a competitive base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing and communication activities within a vibrant architecture and design firm.
- Create and manage proposals, presentations, and various marketing collaterals using Adobe InDesign.
- Work closely with project teams to develop engaging narratives and define scopes of work.
- Maintain and regularly update project databases and marketing collateral materials.
- Apply graphic design expertise to improve the quality and appeal of marketing outputs.
- Participate actively in strategic marketing initiatives to aid business growth and development.
- Ensure the production and delivery of top-quality marketing materials within tight deadlines.
- Organize award submissions and promotional campaigns to increase the firm's visibility.
- Work in collaboration with partners and staff to ensure marketing activities align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to shaping marketing strategies and new initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline.
- At least four years of marketing experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, or design sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with architecture, engineering, and construction industry terminology.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design capabilities; photography skills are advantageous.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within teams.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to deliver high-quality work even under strict time constraints.
