Job purpose
This position focuses on strengthening the company’s market presence through well-planned marketing activity. The Marketing Specialist will help shape and deliver campaigns that build awareness, support lead generation, and contribute to overall business expansion. The role combines content development, digital channel support, event assistance, and market insight gathering to help position the business effectively.
Marketing planning and campaign execution
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of marketing plans that support the organization’s objectives.
- Help coordinate and launch integrated campaigns across several communication channels.
- Review how campaigns perform and suggest improvements to increase effectiveness.
Content development
- Create marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional or advertising assets.
- Make sure all content remains consistent with brand tone, identity, and messaging standards.
- Work with internal teams to obtain approvals for content before publication.
Digital marketing support
- Maintain and refresh the company’s online channels, including the website and social media profiles.
- Assist with digital advertising activities.
- Monitor online performance indicators and prepare summary reports.
- Help keep the brand image consistent across digital platforms.
Event coordination
- Support the planning and organization of marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers of event materials.
- Provide assistance during live event execution when needed.
Market research and analysis
- Carry out research to understand industry movements, customer behavior, and competitor actions.
- Use findings to generate insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or a comparable position.
- Graphic design ability is needed.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online platforms is expected.
- Working knowledge of content management systems and social media tools is required.
- The role calls for excellent organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
