  • Design branded assets such as marketing collateral, short videos, social posts, and presentations using Canva and AI copywriting and image creation tools.
  • Monitor and respond authentically to messages and comments ensuring consistent brand voice.
  • Coordinate logistics for impact content creation, including filming and travel support for the CEO and team.
  • Help develop email marketing campaigns and optimize automated workflows to nurture both consumer and retail leads.
  • Use AI tools to research, write, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts and educational content enhancing search visibility.
  • Analyze channel performance data to generate actionable reports.
  • Maintain content calendars ensuring timely and cohesive campaign rollouts.
  • Provide additional support for industry research, NGO coordination, sponsor relations, and events as needed.

Success Metrics

  • Timely execution of launch activities tied to the D2C platform.
  • Growth in consumer user acquisition and affiliate engagement.
  • Increased inbound inquiries and conversions via organic B2B social strategies and email workflows.
  • Consistent production of quality on-brand content across all channels.

The ideal candidate is a driven marketing generalist with at least two years of experience, comfortable handling both creative and operational duties within a fast-paced, impact-focused environment. Autonomy and versatility are essential, as is a passion for social and environmental responsibility.
