- Execute focused outreach campaigns targeting dairy, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy industries to attract high-quality inbound leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and return on investment while maintaining an organized Lead Management System or CRM.
- Serve as the initial contact point for inquiries received via phone, email, website forms, and other digital channels.
- Interact directly with customers to comprehend their process needs, equipment requirements, and project deadlines.
- Assess inbound leads for commercial and technical viability and collect preliminary project details.
- Compile initial techno-commercial assessment notes and facilitate smooth handover of warm leads to the sales and design engineering teams for comprehensive proposal development.
- Create compelling technical marketing content such as product presentations, whitepapers, and video demonstrations focused on pillow plate applications.
- Support participation in industry exhibitions, aid in product launches, and provide updates through email newsletters to prospective and current clients.
- Keep track of competitor activities, online presence, pricing strategies, and innovative industrial applications in the marketplace.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) with an MBA or PGDM in Marketing preferred; alternatively, a degree in Digital Marketing with relevant B2B engineering sector exposure.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and pre-sales roles within industrial equipment, manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Ads, SEO tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, B2B platforms, and CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Basic knowledge of thermal equipment, process industries, and interpreting technical drawings/specifications.

- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing ROI and optimize lead conversion processes.
- Quick understanding of technical product characteristics and effective communication of product value to potential clients.
- Proactive and self-driven approach with excellent organizational capabilities and target orientation.
