Overview

We seek a skilled Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator to contribute to expanding our healthcare services. The candidate should be experienced in digital marketing, patient communications, and customer service, and be driven to create an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire patient journey from first contact through to follow-up interactions.
Respond promptly to patient queries via multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
Arrange appointments and ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their experience.
Develop and expand our brand presence on social media and other digital platforms.
Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Create compelling marketing content and coordinate with creative teams or agencies as necessary.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources including physicians, clinics, and corporate partners.
Support local events and marketing activities to boost brand visibility and reputation.
Gather patient feedback and contribute towards service enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

Background in marketing, digital marketing, patient experience, customer support, or healthcare marketing is essential.
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital advertisements.
Strong understanding of content production, social media strategies, and audience engagement online.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with interpersonal abilities.
Capable of managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
Healthcare experience is preferable but not a strict requirement.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
