Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient journey from first contact through to follow-up interactions.
• Respond promptly to patient queries via multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Arrange appointments and ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their experience.
• Develop and expand our brand presence on social media and other digital platforms.
• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create compelling marketing content and coordinate with creative teams or agencies as necessary.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources including physicians, clinics, and corporate partners.
• Support local events and marketing activities to boost brand visibility and reputation.
• Gather patient feedback and contribute towards service enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in marketing, digital marketing, patient experience, customer support, or healthcare marketing is essential.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital advertisements.
• Strong understanding of content production, social media strategies, and audience engagement online.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Healthcare experience is preferable but not a strict requirement.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
