About the role
Drees & Sommer UK is looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver marketing activity that supports business goals. The company works across real estate, industry, energy, and infrastructure, combining sustainable and economical thinking with innovative delivery. The team operates collaboratively across more than 80 locations worldwide and values both strategic thinking and practical execution.
Location
This position is based in Manchester, England, United Kingdom, and may also be suitable for candidates located in one of the UK offices in Ashford, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, or Oxford.
What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing activity tied to wider business priorities, including annual marketing plans, CRM oversight, and regular performance reporting.
- Work with directors and sector leads to build and deliver targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and events.
- Manage the development, editing, and ongoing improvement of high-quality marketing and communications materials while keeping everything aligned with brand rules and messaging standards.
- Oversee content across digital channels and social media, using analytics to measure results and improve performance over time.
- Carry out market research and analyse trends, sector movements, and funding opportunities to support business development and strategic decisions.
What we're looking for
- A degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience after graduation is expected.
