Opportunity Overview

Cure is hiring a Marketing Manager / Senior Manager for B2B marketing to lead the commercialization efforts for a forthcoming product launch along with other business segments. This role suits a strategic yet practical marketer skilled in translating go-to-market plans into buyer engagement, demand creation, and sales enablement for complex products.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, this role involves product marketing, campaign management, sales support, and thought leadership content. It requires executing strategies diligently, collaborating with internal teams, and managing external agencies and contractors to generate qualified leads and provide sales backing across Cure's offerings. This is a full-time position based in Cure’s New York City office.

Role Objectives

  • Facilitate go-to-market implementation for the Cure Innovation Index and other Cure business lines.
  • Transform awareness campaigns into qualified demand, engaged buyers, and sales pipelines.
  • Develop product marketing frameworks, lifecycle management, and HubSpot systems to support multifaceted B2B products.
  • Equip leadership and sales teams with effective messaging, marketing collateral, and insights to engage priority accounts involving multiple decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine audience segmentation, buyer journey mapping, value propositions, and message frameworks.
  • Collaborate on product marketing materials including positioning statements, core messages, proof points, FAQs, one-pagers, presentations, and objection handling documents.
  • Design sales enablement resources and campaign content that converts interest into meetings, leads, and revenue; analyze campaign results to recommend improvements.
  • Manage HubSpot configurations including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, account management, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboards to maintain pipeline transparency across upcoming products and Cure business lines.
  • Lead and execute demand generation initiatives, account-based marketing, PR, thought leadership, and nurturing programs such as email sequences, webinar follow-ups, and events targeting prioritized audiences.
  • Coordinate efforts between Cure leadership, performance marketing agencies, PR firms, and freelance writers to align paid media, owned content, earned coverage, and sales tools to meet pipeline objectives across intelligence products, event/workspace rentals, memberships, and future business lines.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a high-performing marketer with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing fields such as product marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or account-based marketing.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, including designing lifecycle workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and generating analytic reports.
  • Background in media relations and securing media coverage.
  • Demonstrated ability to market complex, multi-stakeholder products and convert engagement into measurable pipeline and revenue results; experience with data, insights, membership, event or workspace products considered advantageous.
  • Strong skills in project execution, content writing, project management, and cross-department collaboration; able to work independently and closely with leadership in a fast-moving, lean environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, data or insights products, membership or event/workspace marketing or other complicated B2B sectors is a plus.
