This role is within the AutoSync team that supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, offering innovative software designed to streamline operations, enhance marketing efforts, and increase sales.
Role Overview
We seek an experienced and highly organized Digital Marketing Consultant to join our fully remote team. You will manage and develop strong client relationships to optimize performance across AutoSync's Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO services. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of fostering strategic alliances that promote digital marketing efficacy, product adoption, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies (including CRO, SEM, SEO) aligned with client business objectives and budgets through monthly collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insightful reporting, establishing yourself as a trusted consultant for clients at various organizational levels.
- Maintain and grow a substantial portfolio by regularly conducting performance reviews, auditing digital products and advertising programs, and making necessary adjustments to achieve strategic goals.
- Enhance customer engagement, growth, and retention by building trust, promoting product adoption, spotting growth opportunities, and proactively managing retention and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of diverse digital marketing experience with deep expertise in Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), UX/CRO for Website Solutions, and fundamental SEO knowledge.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of agency experience serving as a digital marketing expert managing large client territories.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer success role.
- Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with high-budget online media planning, buying, or campaign management is advantageous.
