Role Summary
The Marketing Manager at Jumeirah Jabal Omar plays a key role supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist DOSM with daily marketing operations and campaign execution.
- Ensure all marketing tasks and initiatives meet deadlines efficiently.
- Manage quotation processes and supplier approvals as necessary.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement cohesive marketing campaigns and activity calendars.
- Design and deploy marketing collateral aligned with business goals.
- Monitor, assess and adjust marketing plans to optimize impact.
Candidate Profile
- Five to eight years' marketing experience within luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media, or related discipline.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent English language skills; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities capable of steering multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic luxury environment.
