- Strong understanding of athletic culture and terminology, ideally with background as an athlete, coach, or sports marketer.
- Proven ability to independently manage and drive projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Insight into decision-making psychology of parents and athletes facing critical choices.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable across diverse cultures and time zones.

- Bonus: Knowledge of NCAA recruiting, admissions schedules, or proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.
Benefits and Work Culture
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup with a flexible arrangement empowering you to design your work style.
- Significant room for growth, evidenced by internal promotions comprising one-third of recruitment in the previous year.

- Access to a staff psychologist and enriching internal workshops focused on high performance and wellbeing.
- Commitment to open and constructive feedback through our Radical Candor approach.
