Position Overview
This fully remote, full-time role requires supporting our clients by delivering creative, meticulously organized, and high-quality marketing and social media services. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Primary Duties
- Design and develop social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva.
- Maintain and manage content calendars including scheduling posts appropriately.
- Assist in creating and tracking email marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to advertising strategy and prepare performance reports.
- Help implement social media strategies effectively.
- Perform general administrative responsibilities and related tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) and Spanish.
- 1 to 2 years experience in marketing support or social media roles.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and analytical tools.
- Competent in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, quiet home workspace with stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload) plus a backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
