Role Overview
The Marketing Manager positions (two openings) entail spearheading integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with organizational priorities aimed at uplifting older adults with low income. This role involves crafting marketing plans, developing compelling content for both print and digital platforms, and maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create proposals, presentations, and various materials leveraging program data and media insights to support internal/external teams and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Volunteer Program, Financial Wellbeing, Development, and Grants to enhance audience engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities relevant to the target demographic.
- Advise on marketing best practices and campaign strategies, guiding stakeholders on opportunities and potential risks.
- Track and analyze campaign outcomes, communicate insights to stakeholders, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, content, direct mail, print, social media, and digital advertising.
- Strong project management skills with familiarity using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Basecamp to track timelines and deliverables.
- Data-driven approach with expertise in campaign measurement, interpretation of marketing metrics, and optimization based on insights.
- Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and manage expectations effectively.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback from diverse teams.
- Exceptional detail orientation ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance across marketing materials.
- Experience maintaining adherence to established brand standards covering messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
- Working knowledge of marketing and creative platforms, such as Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

Work Environment and Location
This role follows a hybrid model with remote work primarily on Mondays and Fridays, except for essential on-site functions. Remote work is restricted to within the United States and its territories.
