Job description
Overview
As a Marketing Manager on the Global Agency and Partner Marketing team, you will be instrumental in executing and implementing strategies where Google's product suite intersects with the agency ecosystem. This role involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure the platform's solutions are trusted and widely adopted by agencies and advertisers worldwide, driving growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy for a global program supporting a network of agencies and third-party partners.
- Provide executive leadership with data-backed insights during the development of global marketing programs and partnership frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to promote and validate marketing programs within the third-party agency ecosystem.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, PR, and Support to streamline agency experiences and expedite critical technical integrations.
- Create enablement toolkits to facilitate the worldwide adoption of essential tools and platforms by agencies and partners.
Candidate Qualifications
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 6 years working in advertising technology, digital media, or partner marketing. Experience in executing global go-to-market or partner marketing initiatives is essential, as is prior work managing digital marketing campaigns within an agency environment and handling integrated digital ecosystems. The ability to lead cross-functional projects and maintain executive-level partnerships is required. Familiarity with AI-driven platforms for campaign management or audience targeting will be advantageous.
Preferred qualities include a strong knowledge of agency and partner ecosystems, excellent project management skills with a history of managing detailed workflows under tight deadlines, operational expertise to scale global programs effectively, and proven success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that produce measurable outcomes.

Compensation
The salary range for this position in the US is from $141,000 to $206,000 per year, along with a 15% bonus target, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
