Alkimii is looking for an energetic and driven Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join its Creative, Learning and Marketing team. This position sits at the point where marketing meets sales, with responsibility for the systems, data, and campaigns that attract the right prospects and help convert them into qualified pipeline. It is well suited to someone who enjoys working with tools, data, and campaign execution, and who wants to see the direct effect of their work on business growth.

Its web and mobile platform is used by hundreds of hotels every day to improve workflows, strengthen communication, and support better operational decision-making. What you will do

You will be responsible for building the bridge between marketing and sales by using modern prospecting tools, enrichment platforms, and AI to find the right accounts, develop focused lists, and support lead generation activity. In parallel, you will also work on PPC campaigns, making the role broad, varied, and commercially impactful.

Key responsibilities

  • Use tools such as Clay, HubSpot, FullEnrich, and AI-powered workflows to identify target accounts and create prospect lists.
  • Organise account and contact information in HubSpot while keeping data accurate and well maintained.
  • Run outbound activity across email, LinkedIn, and InMail channels.
  • Assess leads against the ideal customer profile and pass qualified opportunities smoothly to Sales.
  • Set up and manage PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Carry out market research and help shape competitive insights.
  • Take part in weekly Marketing and Sales check-ins to review results and priorities.
  • Track campaign and list performance, then share regular updates and reports.

  • Prospect lists that are well structured, clean, and consistently refreshed.
  • Outbound campaigns that are active and delivering measurable results.
  • PPC activity that is launched, monitored, and optimised.
  • Regular reporting that clearly shows performance and lead quality.

What we are looking for

  • Practical experience with prospecting and enrichment tools such as Clay, FullEnrich, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM system.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, or Meta.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organisational ability.
  • Comfort working with data, lists, and campaign management tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and handle several workstreams at once.
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, growth, or digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English.
