Role Overview
Alkimii is hiring a curious, driven, and motivated Graduate Business Development Representative to join its Growth team in Skerries, Fingal, Ireland. This position is designed as an entry point into a commercial career in SaaS sales, with exposure to modern B2B sales practices and a structured development path.
The role offers the chance to learn from experienced Business Development Executives and Account Executives while building the skills needed to grow into a future commercial leader. Alkimii’s platform supports hospitality businesses by helping them streamline people and property operations, improve communication, and make better operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
The role combines research, outreach, CRM work, and continuous learning to help create sales opportunities and build strong commercial foundations.
Prospecting and Research
- Research hotel groups and hospitality businesses across the UK and Ireland
- Identify the right decision-makers in target accounts
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other modern prospecting tools
- Keep prospect information organised and accurate
Outreach and Meeting Generation
- Use sales and AI-driven prospecting tools to find opportunities and improve productivity
- Contact prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Introduce Alkimii’s platform to potential customers
- Create interest and secure qualified meetings
- Support outbound campaigns with the Marketing team
- Apply best practices in SaaS prospecting as you develop
CRM and Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot
- Track engagement and activity across prospects
- Log calls, emails, and meetings consistently
- Keep CRM data current and reliable
Learning and Development
- Complete Alkimii Academy certification
- Shadow Business Development Executives and Account Executives
- Join call reviews and coaching sessions
- Learn objection handling and discovery techniques
- Develop a strong understanding of the product and market
Success Measures
First 3 months: Complete onboarding and training, build confidence in prospect conversations, understand the customer and market, and begin generating qualified meetings.
First 6 months: Consistently generate qualified meetings, meet or exceed activity expectations, establish strong prospecting habits, and manage your workload with confidence.
First 12 months: Work independently, create pipeline opportunities consistently, show strong commercial awareness, and be prepared to step into a Business Development Executive role.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication ability
