Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive research on consumers, customers, and market trends to extract meaningful insights guiding brand and business strategies.
• Analyze data and recognize patterns to underpin strategic marketing recommendations and initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to support critical business priorities.
• Track market performance, competitor actions, and campaign effectiveness to identify areas for enhancement.
• Craft detailed presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint to share insights and strategic suggestions.
• Support diverse marketing and business projects through research, analysis, and project management tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Human Sciences, Business, Economics, Marketing (with an analytical emphasis), Engineering, or related fields.
• Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Commitment: Ready to begin on 1 October 2026 and dedicate 36.25 hours weekly for a one-year internship.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaking and writing capabilities.
• Personal Qualities: Strong curiosity, analytical mindset, enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with both data and team members in a dynamic environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Inclusive, cooperative, and able to foster strong cross-functional relationships.
• Technical Knowledge: High proficiency in data analysis and numeracy, with a keen interest in consumer behavior and market insight generation. Confident in using Excel and PowerPoint for data evaluation and communication. Practical experience in research or analytics from coursework, projects, or prior internships is advantageous.
