Role Overview
This contract role is for a Graphic Designer focused on email and digital activation work. The assignment runs for 12 months and is fully remote, although occasional travel may be required. The position calls for someone with several years of design experience and strong hands-on ability in creating and adapting assets for email and other digital channels.
Experience and Background
Candidates should bring 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with particular strength in producing email-friendly creative assets. A fuller experience level of 3–6 years is also referenced for the role. The work also expects familiarity with Adobe Photoshop at an advanced level, including layered file management, export workflows, and optimization, along with working knowledge of Adobe Firefly for generative creative development.
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a closely related area is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may also be accepted.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints by resizing, restyling, and reworking them as needed.
- Build responsive email graphics and layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
- Create modular design elements that can be reused across CXO activation campaigns.
- Use Adobe Firefly to produce new visual assets, alternate versions, and supporting imagery while preserving brand standards.
- Develop fast-turn creative concepts with Firefly’s generative tools.
- Keep all deliverables aligned with the Altria portfolio’s brand guidelines.
- Work closely with activation leads, marketing teams, and brand partners to support campaign execution.
Required Skills and Working Style
The role requires someone who can quickly turn brand materials into polished email-ready assets, repurpose existing campaign content for new uses, and work comfortably within structured brand systems. Consistency across design variations and efficient use of modular components are important to success in this position.

This is a 100% remote opportunity. Some travel may be needed during the engagement. The assignment duration is 12 months.
