Overview
Lucknow Advertising Services, a prominent company specializing in comprehensive branding and advertising solutions including Flex Printing, Hoardings, Signage, Store Branding, and more, is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive.
Location
Bajrang Vihar Colony, Kursi Road, Lucknow – 226026, near DIT Education.
Role Summary
The selected candidate will independently generate and manage business in outdoor and indoor advertising sectors such as flex printing, signage, and branding. They will be responsible for client acquisition, negotiations, and closing sales with minimal supervision while ensuring smooth coordination with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business and corporate clients.
- Conduct meetings to present advertising and branding solutions.
- Manage client interactions including negotiations, quotations, and deal closures.
- Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on potential leads to convert into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Preference for candidates with backgrounds in Flex Printing, Signage, Hoardings, Advertising, Branding, or Printing Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Proven skills in client handling and business growth.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings is required.
- Ownership of a vehicle and a valid driver's license are advantages.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month, dependent on experience and performance.

- Work schedule: Day shift, 10 AM to 7 PM.
