Job description
About Dave's Hot Chicken
Dave's Hot Chicken is a beloved American fried chicken brand known for its Nashville-style hot chicken that's packed with flavour and an energetic vibe. The brand is rapidly expanding in the UK & Ireland, aiming to remain culturally relevant, creator-friendly, and focused intensely on customer experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, innovative, and commercially astute Marketing Campaign Manager for the UK & Ireland region to join our London-based team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of integrated campaigns involving new menu launches, brand collaborations, delivery platform partnerships, and seasonal events.
This position balances both general marketing and performance marketing responsibilities, requiring fluency in crafting compelling campaign narratives alongside data analysis, paid media optimisation, and constructing robust marketing strategies rooted in insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive marketing campaigns across the UK & Ireland, managing budgets, timelines, external agencies, and adapting global campaigns from the US headquarters to local markets.
- Collaborate closely with delivery platforms and food aggregators to implement promotions, exclusive releases, and increase brand visibility, working with the Delivery Executive to nurture these partnerships.
- Oversee menu launches and limited-time offers by coordinating creative briefs for photography, point-of-sale materials, and packaging, while aligning with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Execute seasonal promotional campaigns, experiential events, and cultural partnerships alongside the PR team to maximize earned media coverage.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and paid media effectiveness, compiling detailed post-campaign reports to generate actionable insights for ongoing marketing improvements.
- Work with the Social Executive to brief and support creator initiatives, ensuring campaigns effectively translate across all social media platforms.
Who You Are
- Experienced in integrated marketing or campaign management, ideally within hospitality or quick-service restaurant sectors.
- Familiar with managing marketing efforts on delivery platforms or aggregators, with direct responsibility in this area preferred.
- Possess a commercial mindset and data-driven approach with the ability to develop strategic marketing plans blending brand building and performance marketing.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with strong ownership of your projects.
- Collaborative, adept at building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and creative, generating innovative ideas rather than waiting for directives.
- Excellent organisational skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and aligning diverse teams.
- Equally comfortable with analytical tasks and staying connected to pop culture trends to infuse campaigns with distinctive, creative energy aligned with the brand.
Desirable but Not Mandatory
- Marketing background in FMCG, such as participation in a graduate program or foundational marketing rotations, or possession of a CIM Diploma.
- Experience with franchise marketing to help efficiently expand marketing frameworks.
- Proven success in leading performance marketing campaigns.
Employee Benefits
- Hybrid working arrangement based in London, with occasional travel across the UK & Ireland.
- Eligibility for a bonus up to 20% of base salary.
- 25 days of annual leave plus UK public holidays.
- Life Assurance and Income Protection from day one for peace of mind.
- Access to We Care wellbeing services covering 24/7 GP, mental health, legal, and financial support for employees and immediate family members.
- Cycle to Work scheme participation.
- Discounts across all Azzurri Brands.
- London office amenities include complimentary espresso all day, Coco di Mama breakfast twice weekly, and fresh fruit throughout the week.
Additional Information
This role requires occasional UK and Ireland travel and demands a highly organised, commercially minded marketer passionate about scaling a globally renowned brand within a fast-paced environment.
