Role Overview
This position focuses on supporting email marketing planning, execution, and optimization. You will work with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce to help ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. The role also includes performance analysis, reporting, testing, segmentation improvements, and support for product marketing and event-related activities tied to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, launch, and improve email campaigns using approved automation tools and Salesforce.
- Create and manage email templates, campaign materials, audience lists, and test plans while staying within brand and compliance requirements.
- Track campaign results, maintain key performance metrics, and share findings with leadership and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, audience segmentation, and stronger measurement methods.
- Assist with product launches, portfolio promotion, and the creation of marketing content and digital assets.
- Coordinate marketing activities for conferences and events, including before- and after-event communication, lead capture, and review activities.
Requirements
- A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a life sciences discipline such as biology, biomedical science, or biotechnology; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
- Very good English and professional-level German.
- Practical experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Knowledge of campaign delivery processes, including segmentation, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Previous exposure to marketing campaigns, conferences, or event support is a plus.
- Strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
