Marketing Assistant

Position Overview

Singapore Expat Advisory, a growing financial advisory firm specializing in supporting high-net-worth expatriates with cross-border financial planning, wealth management, and investment advice, is seeking a driven Marketing Assistant. This role offers a chance to work closely with the Managing Director in a professional setting focused on developing brand presence and new client relationships within the high-net-worth expatriate community.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networking events, and email communication.
• Coordinate and schedule review meetings with current clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Establish and nurture new connections to support business growth objectives and company expansion.
• Consistently aim to secure at least 12 meetings per month with potential clients.
• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working in financial planning is advantageous, though a positive, proactive attitude is prioritized.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Calendar, and WordPress.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective client development strategies.
• Highly focused with a results-driven, goal-oriented approach.

Additional Details

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation: Offers a salary range from SGD 3,500 to SGD 12,000 monthly on an on-target earnings (OTE) basis, reflecting potential for high earnings.
