Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) full-time, starting immediately, based in Berlin. This role involves independently managing influencer partnerships across the DACH region, developing a balanced portfolio, and planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns according to KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own influencer collaborations within German-speaking countries and build a balanced influencer portfolio.
• Plan, coordinate, and track the progress of campaigns using key performance indicators.
• Discover and engage exciting new influencers and brand ambassadors on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative influencer marketing campaign ideas and contribute to company growth.
• Analyze industry trends and media insights to continuously propose fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• Motivated, hands-on individual thriving in a startup environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Previous professional experience gained in either a company or agency setting.
• Completed studies in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok including latest trends.
• Creative mindset for developing unique cooperation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability.
• Native-level German proficiency and very good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word.
