Position Overview
The Marketing and Growth Specialist role is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for 12 months covering parental leave, offering an annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000 plus superannuation and leave loading. This role is based at a hub near you in Melbourne, Victoria, and is part of a vibrant marketing team committed to supporting people with disabilities and developmental challenges by expanding access to critical support services.
About Everyday Independence
Operating over 40 hubs Australia-wide, Everyday Independence is an allied health organization dedicated to fostering inclusion for Australians with disabilities. Our approach centers on the social model of disability, and together with Early Start Australia, we assist thousands in achieving enhanced independence and meaningful life outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive marketing and engagement campaigns that support the growth of hubs and clinics under Everyday Independence and Early Start Australia.
- Collaborate closely with operational and business leaders to coordinate growth initiatives and strengthen referral networks.
- Manage and analyze referral and conversion data to produce insightful monthly reports and growth recommendations.
- Support stakeholder engagement, event planning, partnership development, and marketing campaign coordination aligned with strategic priorities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a data-driven and relationship-focused marketer who combines creativity with strategic insight. You have excellent organizational abilities, are comfortable managing multiple projects, and possess strong communication skills across various digital and traditional marketing channels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, or engagement roles.
- Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing, content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
- Strong data analysis skills to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written communication for websites, social media, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Outstanding project management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong passion for community engagement.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
