Role overview

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle every application and all next steps. The hiring company is seeking a Marketing and Growth Lead in the United States.

The position centers on accelerating brand growth through a combination of content strategy, narrative-driven marketing, and execution across several channels. You will be responsible for producing and distributing marketing assets that build awareness, improve engagement, and support demand generation. The work combines strategic planning with direct content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, social content, and video projects. You will also help define how the brand presents its value to different audiences and improve discoverability through SEO-focused content planning. This is a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment suited to someone who enjoys both creating and testing new ideas.

Key accountabilities

  • Build, run, and refine a newsletter program that keeps target audiences informed and engaged.
  • Develop marketing assets that clearly explain the brand message and core value across multiple channels.
  • Plan, write, and oversee search-optimized blog content aimed at increasing organic reach and visibility.
  • Shape and execute social media content strategy to boost engagement and community growth.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all external communications.
  • Create case studies that showcase product value, customer outcomes, and business impact.
  • Drive the concepting, production, and rollout of a video series focused on Revenue Cycle Management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a closely related area.
  • Strong ability to tell stories and communicate clearly in both writing and speech.
  • Practical experience using content management systems and applying SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing social media plans, content schedules, and audience interaction.
  • Video creation or editing experience is considered an added advantage.
  • Comfort with Revenue Cycle Management or the ability to quickly understand complex industry topics.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • Strong organizational ability, creativity, and capacity to juggle several content projects at once.

Benefits and workplace culture

  • Competitive pay and a benefits package.
  • A collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Opportunities to build skills and advance professionally.
  • Exposure to a wide range of marketing channels and strategic work.
  • A dynamic culture that values creativity, ownership, and speed.
  • An equal-opportunity hiring approach with fair employment practices.

Application and data processing notes

The partner company handles the selection process, including interviews, assessments, and all remaining hiring steps. Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to compare candidates fairly against the role’s core requirements, and a shortlist is then shared with the employer.

By applying, you agree that your personal data may be processed to assess your candidacy and shared with the hiring employer where needed. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under relevant data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection at any time.

AI tools may be used to help with parts of the hiring workflow, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or checking responses for inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are made by people. For more details about data handling, you may contact the company directly.
