Role Overview
This role provides a unique opportunity to influence the development of de Mamiel, a founder-led luxury skincare company with an international footprint. As a Marketing and Communications Executive, you will oversee daily marketing activities, ensuring seamless campaign delivery across channels, managing relationships with retailers and affiliates, and facilitating events. Acting as a key liaison among founders, specialized partners, and agencies, you will be integral to bringing marketing initiatives to fruition. The position offers hands-on experience within a dynamic, small team setting, with direct proximity to product creation and a strong potential for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns spanning social media, email, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Develop briefs and project manage the rollout of marketing materials for partners, new product launches, mail campaigns, and events.
- Support brand storytelling and ensure creative consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist in content asset creation, including collaborating with the founder during shoots and engaging creative agencies.
- Organize content production and brand events, managing logistics such as props and shot lists.
- Contribute creative ideas for new launches and campaign activations.
- Coordinate with the social media manager on marketing calendar events and content requirements.
- Serve as the daily contact for agencies managing digital marketing activities like CRM, paid media, and eCommerce execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of branded content and assets aligning with visual identity and tone of voice.
- Analyze performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage retailer communications globally, delivering updates on new products and priorities.
- Assist in building retailer-specific marketing plans and asset creation.
- Coordinate brand and community events domestically and internationally, handling preparation and logistics.
- Support PR and influencer outreach activities, collaborate with the communications director and agencies, and nurture affiliate partnerships.
Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury direct-to-consumer brands, ecommerce, or agencies.
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
- Skilled at confidently building relationships across a variety of stakeholders including influencers and customers.
- Adaptable marketer who utilizes AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, with strong attention to detail and brand voice adherence.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines while coordinating business expectations.
- Proactive in identifying upcoming needs without prompting, comfortable in a small team with minimal management layers.
- Experience working closely with founders in fast-moving environments.
- Passionate about luxury beauty and wellness, aligned with de Mamiel’s mission to improve wellbeing through skincare.
- Innovative and proactive in finding ways to expand brand presence and storytelling.

Additional Information
