About Junior Football Camp (JFC)

Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Marketing Analyst to enhance JFC's growth, increase its visibility, and strengthen its market position. This role involves analyzing marketing data, managing digital engagement, coordinating content, and supporting research efforts to elevate the organisation’s brand and meet strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and assist in implementing marketing strategies to expand JFC's audience and visibility.
- Oversee and update the organisation’s online presence, including social media and other digital communication channels.
- Evaluate audience engagement metrics and marketing campaign data to deliver insightful recommendations.
- Produce and organize content for social media, newsletters, and promotional outlets.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
- Promote football camps, events, programs, and partnership opportunities actively.
- Perform market and competitor research to uncover opportunities for expansion.
- Compile marketing performance reports for management review.
- Contribute to sponsorship, partnership, and community engagement projects.
- Identify ways to boost registrations, engagement, and brand recognition.
- Carry out additional marketing research, reporting, and administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Good grasp of digital marketing concepts and social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to analyze quantitative data and translate it into effective action plans.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for football, youth development, sports marketing, or community engagement is advantageous.
